CARES uses your AUIS name, email, and appointment details to arrange student support. New appointments require verified AUIS Google sign-in. Historical guest bookings retain the name and email originally supplied without verified account ownership or online appointment management. The current booking form does not collect private messages; encrypted message support remains available for existing records only. Please avoid medical information or highly sensitive personal details.
Only you and your assigned CARES member can view appointment details and historical private messages in the app. This restriction also applies to administrators and CARES Heads. Other signed-in users see only published availability and anonymous busy times. The authorized CARES organizer account creates and sends Google invitations.
Calendar invitations and emails include scheduling information, never your optional message. Calendar visibility also depends on your university account settings. Historical records are retained. Contact CARES about retention or deletion requests; operational and audit records may remain.
CARES offers scheduled student-support appointments and is not an emergency-response service.
AUIS emergency contact details have not yet been configured in this application.
